SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Our client is one of the worlds leading spar manufacturers specialising in a wide rage of both Dinghy and Yacht spars.

They are currently recruiting for a Sales Account Manager with a sound grasp of the marine industry to join their team based on the Hampshire Coast.

The role will involve liaising with a network of dealers and aftermarket suppliers, and providing a wide variety of technical support.

Key responsibilities include:
•    B2B Sales
•    Dealing with customer queries
•    Communicating between clients & Head Office
•    Interfacing between design and customer requirements
•    Working with the department internally, ensuring customer orders run smoothly
•    Reporting directly to the MD, working within a team of around 5.

Ideal candidates will have:
•     A minimum of 3 years experience within the marine industry
•     A background in customer service / service support / after sales.
•     An active interest in Dinghy / Yacht racing 

The position will be primarily office based with travel being required for customer visits.

The successful applicant will be able to provide our clients customers with a high level of service, product knowledge and accuracy while also being enthusiastic and proactive.
