SALES ADMINISTRATOR – SOUTH, UK

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Our client is one of the worlds leading spar manufacturers specialising in a wide rage of both Dinghy and Yacht spars.

Due to ongoing expansion, they are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join their Hampshire based team.

This is an exciting position for someone with a keen interest in dinghy / yacht racing, and previous experience working within an office environment.

Key responsibilities:

•    Provide an outstanding level of service to trade customers.
•    Regular communication with our client’s largest customers to ensure orders are received and processed efficiently.
•    Providing support to the Sales Account Managers with a variety of tasks including organisation and administration, as well as being involved in some marketing activities
•    Reporting directly to the MD; working within a team of around 5

Ideal candidates will:
•    Have an excellent telephone manner
•    Have good administrative and office skills
•    Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude
•    Be very customer focused
•    Have an active interest in dinghy / yacht racing
•    Have previous experience within the marine industry
