MARKETING EXECUTIVE - WEB CONTENT & CRM - £26,000-£30,000pa - SOUTH EAST, UK

JOB DESCRIPTION

Work closely with Raymarine's parent company, FLIR Systems, to provide global coverage, local language Raymarine company websites.

Work closely with the Head of Corporate Marketing & PR and other stakeholders to develop, implement and execute the CRM strategy

Provide content and information on Business Partners websites in conjunction with the Head of Corporate Marketing & PR

Maintain and update the Marketing Department intranet site.

Provide training and support to website users where necessary

Conduct market research in conjunction with Product Management team to ensure user requirements are delivered

Evaluate the success of the websites and continue to develop and build upon the marketing potential going forward

Knowledge / skills:

    * Educated to A level standard minimum. 
    * CIM or CAM qualifications welcomed
    * Experience of implementing and maintaining corporate websites and content management systems within a marketing department.
    * Experience of developing, implementing and maintaining CRM programs
    * Provision of support and facilities to a wide range of user groups
    * Good working knowledge of HTML, Flash, CRM software and other relevant programmes.
    * Appreciation/understanding of the variety of marketing disciplines with emphasis on CRM.
    * Numerate and literate, with good attention to detail.
    * Excellent communication and organisation skills.
    * Persuasion/influencing skills, an ability to communicate with a range of internal and external contacts.
    * Demonstrate strong team values and the ability to work effectively in a team
    * Dynamic and creative.
    * Able to meet deadlines whilst working under pressure.
    * Must be able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision

SALARY

£26K - £30K - dependant on experience
