Our Client is a unique marine business offering a one stop solution towards the after sales and service side of the yachting industry. Founded 15 years ago by two enthusiastic marine professionals, the business has continued to enjoy the solid growth.
It is now entering into a new era with new management and investment onboard.
The role will be reporting directly to the new MD of the business with a heavy focus on the customer service side.
In acting as the ‘face’ of the company for customers, to further their reputation and increase their base of loyal customers by ensuring a consistently excellent experience throughout the process of dealing with us.
To inspire, motivate and train other customer-facing staff to meet the same high standards, thus increasing our capacity to deliver the desired level of service every time, irrespective of who the customer deals with.
The successful candidate will have:
* A passionate interest in, and knowledge of, boats and boating
* A passion for customer service and a natural tendency to communicate
* A love of dealing with people
* A personal presence, manner and voice that inspire confidence
* A determination to ensure that the service promised to the customer is delivered in full and on time and that the customer pays in full and on time
* A determination to turn negative situations into positive ones, by being unflappable in the face of customer criticism or complaint and using these situations as opportunities to show customers that we listen, react and always endeavour to find a fast and fair solution
* Experience in direct customer selling
* Solid computer skills
* A commitment to the mission of building a market-leading brand
