OEM SALES PERSON – SOUTH WEST, UK

Our client is a well established, family run marine parts manufacturing company based in the South West of the UK. Due to continued expansion they currently have a new opening for an experienced OEM Sales person to join their busy team. The role is office based with some time spent on the road visiting clients.

Candidates must:

    * Have a minimum of 4 years sales experience within a leisure marine company

    * Have experience of OEM sales within the marine sector

    * Have an excellent telephone manner, and be confident at contacting new and potential clients by phone

    * Be used to working as a team member in a progressive environment.

    * Be well presented and professional at all times

    * Have experience in a Technical Sales role in the leisure sector


Responsibilities for the role include:


    * Developing sales strategies

    * Developing relationships with Boat Builders, Yards & Distributors

    * Analysing market opportunities and selecting specific targets for success

    * Managing Key Relationships

    * Achieving target revenues



This is a new role that is being created within an expanding Sales Team.
