Our Client is a highly respected and well established luxury Yacht manufacturer, based in the UK. Due to continued expansion, and the development of new models, they have an exciting opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join their dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day activities of works on the production line – from carpenters to engineers.

Candidates would ideally be coming from a marine background however we would also consider exceptional profiles from the automotive or aero engineering space.

You would need experience of working on a production line, hands on with a flexible approach, efficiency and understanding the cost, experience in integration and good people skills, able to engage direct to the floor level and good lean management method.
