COMMERCIALLY ENDORSED YACHTMASTER OFFSHORE CHIEF INSTRUCTOR FOR A WOMENS SAILING SCHOOL - £20,000 + - ISLE OF WIGHT / SOLENT / CARIBBEAN

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be totally accountable for running RYA Cat 2 coded yachts within our business that will include ARC crossing, Regatta racing, RYA courses both in U.K and Caribbean.  You will help manage our team of skippers and everything that goes with running a successful business. We want somebody who believes in our ethos of championing women sailors of all abilities and offering levels of customer service that have earned our reputation to date.  You will be an integral part of our business, passionate, hands on, flexible and with a great attitude to customers and sailing.  Our aim is to become THE best women's sailing school and you will help shape this mission.  It's fun and you'll be part of a great team.

SALARY

 Immediate start.  Permanent Position. Salary dependent on experience but  £20,000 +.  6 months based in Cowes (Isle of Wight) and 6 months in the Caribbean.
