Sales Maternity Cover
Key targets:
Support Sales Account Managers to ensure smooth running of sales department.
Grow aftermarket sales of yacht and dinghy products
Key Tasks:
- Support the Sales Managers as required.
- Administration of all accounts.
- First point of contact for all enquiries, internet or telephone.
- General Admin support to the sales team.
- Management of warranty claims as requested by account managers.
- Organisation of dinghy show stand.
- Sales order processing.
- Ad hoc sales department projects.
The individual will be enthusiastic and very flexible in their approach with excellent communication skills. They must have the ability to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative. They need to have excellent administration and customer service skills. A knowledge of dinghy sailing would be an advantage.
Candidates must:
- Have an excellent Telephone manner
- Have previous experience in a customer facing role
- Have experience in an Administrative role
- Be computer literate
- Be able to work unsupervised
- Have Sailing Experience
- Be keen to learn and develop new skills
- Be a team player
SALARY
circa £18,000pa
