JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Chandlery Manager in Turkey, running their 7500sq ft store.
Responsible for a team of 4 salesmen, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the chandlery.

Experience required:

Minimum 3 years experience as a manager of a marine chandlery
Able to direct and motivate others, manage store operational processes, control stock and cash register
Customer focused, with strong business acumen and good problem solving skills
Action oriented, with drive for results and good planning skills
Good communication and computer skills, with knowledge of Office programmes
Willing to work with associates on the sales floor, so flexible shifts/with a sleeves rolled up approach
Knowledge of Turkish welcome, but not essential


Interviews will take place in London between 27th December – 8th January with the Vice Chairman of the company.
