SALES EXECUTIVE – RECREATIONAL & COMMERCIAL MARINE

Based on the South Coast, the role will cover all of the UK, generating revenue through our existing client base as well as sourcing new customers within the recreational and commercial marine sector. 
 
A background in the marine industry would be advantageous, although full training will be given.
 
The ideal candidate will have and be able to demonstrate:
 
  • A proven track record in B2B direct sales field based
  • Ability to sell world class Maritime products in order to achieve and exceed budgets/ targets
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
  • Maintain outstanding levels of customer service with our present customer base, whilst generating new business opportunities.
  • The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment
  • Have a confident and determined approach
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to report on industry/ customer data and provide feedback to the management team
  • Have a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
 
The position will include widespread travel in the UK during the week and offers a competitive salary, bonus scheme as well as a company car (Full UK licence required).
