CUSTOMER SERVICES PERSON

The successful candidate should be computer literate. Previous experience in a marine or administrative role would be an advantage as would a good working knowledge of office systems and procedures, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
 
Excellent communication skills with a clear and confident manner along with the ability to provide exceptional customer service at all times.  The ability to liaise effectively with other departments is essential, as is the ability to plan own work effectively using excellent time management and organisational skills.
 
A general understanding and interest in boats would be desirable, but this is not essential, as product training will be given.
 
Location: Southampton but in process of moving to Eastleigh mid-September
 
Salary/Rate: To be discussed, after three months eligibility to join Death in Service; Company Pension Scheme and Health Insurance
