My Client, a pioneering Marine Electronics Company, based on the south coast, are urgently looking for an experienced Event Marketing Manager to manage all aspects of exhibitions across the EMEA region.
This global marine electronics company has a number of subsidiary brands under ownership that specialise in high end electronic products for private and commercial marine customers. They sell into over 100 countries through offices within the USA, EMEA and APAC.
In this role you will manage all aspects of exhibition across the EMEA regions, support their local trade and sales teams with event support. You will ensure all new products are displayed and launched at events
The successful Events Exhibition Manager will be a strong communicator and work well as part of the marketing Team. You will need to demonstrate:
• Experience of New Product Launches
• Experience with exhibitions, ideally boat shows
• Experience with Building event stands
• Experience with booking, setting up, and breaking down of shows / events ideally internationally
• Able to manage external suppliers such as Exhibition Stand builders
• Able to coordinate new product launches
• Experience in Product Planning
• Happy to be an ambassador for the company’s key Brands and attend key events such as regattas
• Experience working with PR teams and have PR event medial liason experience
• Able to multi-task
• You will have at a significant advantage if you have already worked at International Boatshows or exhibitions within the marine industry.
This role will involve international travel sometimes over weekends but this is compensated in time in lieu and a competitive salary. The usual office hours are 8:30 – 16:30 with a ½ hr for lunch and includes a laptop and mobile.
Salary range: £30-40k
