As part of their continued development within the international Boatbuilding market, this brilliant brand based in the South West are looking to employ a skilled Production Manager to oversee their largest range of yachts.
With this new range still very much in development, the Production Manager will work closely with the newly appointed Programme Manager to oversee the production process of a range of large yachts, ensuring the highest in terms of quality and adhering strictly to timescales.
Working under the supervision of the Programme Manager, you will be expected to work to a number of KPIs and key goals for the production process, using lean management styles and a wealth of available resources in order to be able to correctly measure and impliment a streamlined process at all times.
As the ideal candidate, you will currently, or have previously, worked within a luxury yacht or Superyacht brand, and have a strong understanding of the build process from start to finish. You'll be a strong character and a true leader, working closely with the various departments within the build process to ensure the entire production runs smoothly.
