As part of their continued development within the international Boatbuilding market, this brilliant brand based in the South West are looking to employ a skilled Programme Manager to oversee their largest range of yachts.
With this new range still very much in development, the Programme Managers role will be to bring together all of the involved parties and ensure that the continued development, and therefore production, of the range continues to run smoothly and on time.
Working under the supervision of the Operations Director, you will be expected to implement a number of KPIs and key goals for the production process, using lean management styles and a wealth of available resources in order to be able to correctly measure and impliment a streamlined process at all times.
As the ideal candidate, you will currently, or have previously, worked within a luxury yacht or Superyacht brand, and have a strong understanding of the build process from start to finish. You'll be a strong character and a true leader, working with all seniority levels in a professional manner in order to bring together the project as expected.

Salary:
£60,000 + Relocation Assistance.
