DUTIES
-Preparing parts required for engineering jobs that are carried out by Technicians.
-Booking and removing parts to job cards as required.
-Collecting Technicians labour time and adding to job for invoicing.
-Purchasing non stocked parts for Service Department.
-Issuing out specialist tools and consumables.
-Ensuring Technicians Vans are serviced and arrange MOT.
-Dealing with customers direct, when Service Manager is on holiday.
-Processing manufactures Warranty claims.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
-Knowledge of engines and their associated components are required.
-Experience of working in a well-stocked and busy parts department is required.
-Marine specific product, service department sales system training will be provided.
