Marineware, a leading supplier to the Composite and Coatings Industry, are looking for someone to join their busy sales office.
The Customer Support role will be office based and you will be joining a friendly and established team. The ability to cover duties as indicated below and to work under pressure is important, an interest in boating is an advantage. Full training will be provided.
Main roles and responsibilities:
- To accept and process all customers orders and queries in a professional manner and see orders and quotations through to conclusion
- To offer at all times an efficient, technically proficient and customer friendly service
- To operate a close and efficient working relationship with warehouse / dispatch
- To work closely with the sales force to create or maintain business areas
- To arrange quotations and price lists as required
- To develop own contacts, accounts, projects and follow them through
- To assist in boat shows and boat show preparation where necessary
- To maintain an up to date customer database and visit reports as required
- To help with mixing paint when required
- To assist in monthly stock takes
- Liaising with carriers
- To understand that as part of a small company there will always be crossover of tasks and to be integrated and flexible wherever possible
