We have an exciting opportunity for a technically minded, customer focused sailor to join our growing team. As part of our Technical Sales and Customer Service Team you will be the face of the organisation, working with both corporate customers and end users to understand their needs and solve their hardware problems. 

Harken have been market leaders in marine hardware for the last 50 years and are continuing to grow and expand. In response to this, Harken UK are expanding their Technical Sales and Customer Service Team, to ensure that our customers continue to receive the outstanding service that they have grown to expect from us. 
 
As part of this fast-paced team you will be responsible for advising customers on their product needs, investigating warranty claims and developing innovative solutions to ensure that sailors get the most out of their Harken products. This means that you will need to have a good technical understanding of boats along with an inquisitive mind and the ability to multi task. You will also be working with the sales team and directly with our corporate customers to process their orders, advise them on lead times and keep them up to date with the status of their goods. Good communication skills are therefore essential and some experience using a CRM system would be an advantage.
