JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you an experienced marketing/communications manager who can build on the success of our renowned training schemes, world class performance programme and strong representative voice to raise the profile of the RYA and grow our membership?
Reporting to the Chief Executive, leading a team of 10 staff and with a budget of £1m, the successful applicant will need substantial budget and line management experience as well as a demonstrable track record of marketing achievement. You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have excellent communication, IT and organisational skills. Experience of working within a membership or voluntary organisation and an interest in and commitment to the RYA's activities are desirable.
The role will involve some travel and work outside normal office hours.

SALARY
Salary £40-£45k pa. Benefits include pension scheme, free life insurance, 25 days annual leave.
