JOB DESCRIPTION
Based in Hamble, is the national body for the sports of sailing, windsurfing, motor boating and powerboat racing.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant with an interest in developing a career in marketing to provide administrative and analytical support to our busy marketing team. Duties will involve working on membership campaigns, major boat shows, and events.
The ideal candidate will need excellent organisational and communication skills, a flexible 'can do' attitude and be able to handle a varied and demanding workload. Able to set priorities and work on your own initiative, you will have excellent IT skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office, database systems and the Internet. An interest, or experience, in marketing would be an advantage.
This role is mainly office based but you will be required to attend occasional meetings and events outside normal office hours.
