JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is looking for a new boat sales executive to join their friendly team based on the South Coast. With 21 years in the marine industry our clients offer a ‘one stop shop’ for motorboat enthusiasts.
The prime responsibility of this position is to sell new boats. Specifically the successful candidate will handle service enquiries, process leads, arrange demonstrations for clients, negotiate sales, close deals, hand over boats to clients as well as maintain the client liaison in conjunction with After Sales.
The successful applicant will be involved in second hand boat sales and other sales activities which will include promoting our clients services and products and wherever possible promoting insurance and other commission earning activities. Other general duties will include attending boat shows and helping to ensure a co operative working environment by assisting in the office where necessary.
The successful candidate will be a confident salesperson, have a liking for boats, able to organise and prioritise, can work effectively in a team environment and is motivated, committed and ‘hungry’ for success.
SALARY
The client are offering £30,000 - £35,000 pa OTE (uncapped).
