To promote and sell our Yachting and Watersports career training courses to prospective students.
The ideal candidate will:

The ideal candidate will:
- Be able to demonstrate sales experience in a target and results driven environmentHave a high level of motivation to exceed targets and 'be the best'
- Process an outgoing and vibrant personality
- Be a team player with a competitive edge
- Have a friendly telephone manner
- Be confident in building trust and positive relationships with prospective students
- Be well organised, able to efficiently multi task and works best under pressure
- Have good IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
Desirable attributes:
- Knowledge of RYA and MCA training courses. Involvement in yachting and/or watersports either through leisure activities or marine industry experience
- Knowledge of CRM databases such as Salesforce or similar

SALARY
General Terms; 40 hours per week with 1 full Saturday per month at Open Day, attendance at occasional events to promote UKSA, salary plus commission scheme.
