JOB DESCRIPTION

A full time position for a hands-on practical person supervising all boatyard activities, including;-

• General yacht and small commercial vessel repairs, maintenance and servicing to a high standard.
• Operation of and upkeep of boatyard plant including Wise slipway hoist, mobile crane, other lifting tackle, yard tractor and workboat.
• Slipping, storage of and launching of boats including trailer sailors.
• Would prefer someone with a sound knowledge and previous experience of yacht handling, boat systems, GRP repairs, carpentry, small marine inboard and outboard engines, rigging and surface finishing.
