JOB DESCRIPTION

Subject to qualifications already acquired the following work would be required from a fully qualified Marine Engineer.

Purpose

• You will be required to carry out work which is allocated from the appropriate manager 
• Have a great understanding of fault finding and diagnostics
• To join a small team of Marine Engineers with their own complimentary skills
• The work will require you to work on diesels & petrol’s, stern drives, inboard & outboard engines
• All vessels will any type of craft from ribs through to large power boats
• You will be expected to have good time management for carrying out repairs and replacements
• Duties will include carrying out other boatyard activities as and when required
• Ideally the candidates will have relevant qualifications in relation to outboard and inboard engines
• 
  
• Use your skills to compliment the other colleagues already there.
• The applicant must be confident, well motivated, and up for a challenge.
• The successful applicant must enjoy working in a small boatyard, with a small friendly well motivated team.

The candidate must be prepared to work all hours required to get the job done, you will also be required to stay away occasionally.
