JOB DESCRIPTION
A premier designer and manufacturing company in the super yacht sector has a need to manage growth, they are looking to enhance their world-leading design & manufacturing team with a Sales & Marketing professional to lead their Worldwide efforts, this person must have an excellent track record of setting up and managing distribution channels, your global connections could market the difference here. The successful applicant will be looking to a longer-term career move in this exciting sector.
You can be based from home, but some UK & International travel will be required.
Responsibilities for the role;
- Leading their commercial offering with a full role in the management and direction of the company and development of company products
- Full P & L responsibility for the commercial operation
- Developing Sales & Marketing strategies
- Distribution Channel development & management
- Developing relationships with Boat Builders, Yards & Distributors
- Analysing market opportunities and selecting specific targets for success
- Managing Key Relationships
- Achieving Target revenues and profits
- Managing Sales teams & Representatives
Successful applicant;
- Proven strategic capabilities

- Proven track record in international marine sales
- Excellent understanding of the marine industry
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve success
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Language proficiencies
The successful applicants will be rewarded with an excellent remuneration package to include full participation in the success of the company. The successful applicant will report to the CEO.
