JOB DESCRIPTION

The Company
A prestigious boat design and construction company who are situated in Oxford, covering the leisure marine industry with the products that they design and produce are looking for an aftersales manager to develop and run an effective aftersales department

The Role
The role will involve you working closely with the sales director to develop and manage a successful aftersales department that can keep the companies standards as high as they are to date.
You will be expected to build upon the knowledge that you bring to the company by implementing many different ways to help the company improve both retail and trade satisfaction.

The Candidate
The successful individual will be working closely with the sales director to develop close relationships with the customer base as well improving both trade and retail customer satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for solving and issuing warranty payments.
You will have develop and manage the digital parts catalogue as well as the ordering system, another element to the role will involve you developing an efficient CRM system as well as monitoring various other systems which can implement a continuous improvement for the company.
