JOB DESCRIPTION
A fast growing global super yacht management company based in London are driving towards being the world leader in their field, backed with money and hard ambition.

They currently operate from over 270 locations with over 300 clients and growing, a relatively new company that has been brought together by some of the industries big players.

The Role

This company manages super yachts as soon as they hit port, everything from insurance to owners and guests requirements, right through to repairs.
They have network of offices with a local managing director in each, it would be the job of the commercial manager to set up the companies working process and work with the local offices helping to identify areas were they can grow and improve their services.

This will require someone to speak from a point of knowledge about the super yacht market, someone with an encouraging inclusive attitude.

The Candidate

We are looking for a commercial manager from a super yacht refit yard or an ex super yacht captain, you must have first hand experience of what happens when a super yacht hits port and a proven track record of managing this.

This candidate must be able to also work with the super yachts captains and first mates as well as the local offices to develop relationships.

The Details

This role will be based in London, but travel will be required to offices


Salary

£50,000 TAKE HOME – Plus £15,000 to £20,000 Bonus
