JOB DESCRIPTION

The Company
A prestigious design and construction company who is situated in Oxford, covering the leisure marine industry with the products that they design and produce are looking for a Marketing Manager to set up and work with a currently successful marketing strategy.

The Role
The role will involve you setting up a new department within the company, but also developing and establishing the existing marketing strategies.
The role will involve you managing all aspects of the marketing for the company, from social media, website through to brochures and all aspects of boat show planning.
The position will also give you responsibility of the business development, and investigating new marketing opportunities

The Candidate
The successful individual will be working closely with the sales director to develop a new department within the company but also working on the current marketing strategies.
They will be expected to work closely with the PR agency to successfully manage all aspects of the public relations as well as working closely with the international dealer network to successfully portray the company consistently on an international scale.

You will have sole responsibility of managing and controlling the department’s budget, as well as looking after the corporate guidelines and making sure that the brand of the company is being upheld throughout the dealer network.
