Gill is the leading international brand of marine clothing with head office in Nottingham. We make ultra-technical sailing clothing for dinghy, cruising, power boating and yachting, distributed around the world in 37 countries.

As Marketing Director you will have had broad exposure across all areas of marketing including all digital channels with proven experience in an e-commerce operation and a demonstrable track record in delivering sales growth. You will be accountable for developing and managing the implementation of the Marketing & Brand strategy for the company and play a key role in leading the overall company growth plans.

This is a new position based in Nottingham and will report to the Managing Director as a key member of the Senior Management team. The ideal candidate with have experience in a consumer focused business with a sportswear or performance clothing background.
