JOB DESCRIPTION
A prestigious manufacturing company for the high performance marine industry is currently recruiting a naval architect to join their expanding team. All projects that they are involved with are not run of the mill, and require someone who can see future opportunities

The candidate

The successful candidate will need to have a degree or equivalent in the following;

Mechanical Engineering, Ship Science or Naval Architecture

Experience of carrying out the following in the industry is required:

• 3+ yrs mechanical design drafting
• 3D part modelling
• 2D manufacturing drawings
• Stress calculations
The software packages that the successful candidate needs to be familiar with are;

• AutoCAD
• SolidWorks
• Excel Spreadsheets
• Rhino would be advantage
