JOB DESCRIPTION
An opportunity has arisen to work with one of the UK’s leading suppliers of performance fibres and fabrics to the marine, automotive and aero space industries. This company prides it’s self on providing solutions for high tech industries, where development is the watch word.

The Role;
This is to target the SME market south of the M4, with a focus on boat and watercraft builders, you are not restricted to this market longer term but this gives you an excellent starting point. The breakdown of the weekly activities are generally 4 days on the road meeting 3 clients a day and the 5th day at home with paperwork and following up quotes. There are an amount of clients to be handed over and looked after, but in general they are looking for you to develop your own client base. Also included is assisting visiting engineers from suppliers and attending international shows.

The Candidate;
We are looking for someone who has a degree in marine materials / composite engineering or has hands on experience of using composites.  Some sales experience would be beneficial. You must at least be able to speak from a point of knowledge on composites.

Candidates must be able to be self managed and have excellent planning and time management skills as this role is based from home targeting a large geographic area.  Arguably one of the most important areas for the client.

The package;
You will benefit from up to £25,000 basic plus a company car, company credit card for expenses, an uncapped bonus which could be from £5,000 to £10,000 in the first year and have extensive company support.
