General responsibilities and skills will be as follows:
Planning and organising production schedules, with the ability to prioritise workloads and plan effectively
Overseeing production processes and liaising with purchasing and sales departments
Managing workforce and identifying training needs
Responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
Problem solving and fault finding
In particular we are looking for an individual who has a high degree of skill in the management of people, to be confident, motivated, able to use their initiative and enjoy a challenge.
