JOB DESCRIPTION
MedSailors are a premier operator of sailing holidays in Croatia, Greece and Turkey that cater to 20-35 year old clientele. We have a passion for sailing and delivering the highest standard sailing holidays our guests could imagine. To meet our company aim we are looking for professional staff with the same enthusiasm and drive.

About The Role

Your main duties will centre around sailing and client interaction. Working hours will vary and you must be flexible to cover operational requirements. In this exciting role you will be responsible for and undertake the following:

1.        Ensuring the safety of guests throughout the week
2.        Maintain the general upkeep and cleanliness of the yacht
3.        Preparation of breakfast and lunch onboard
4.        Interact and socialise with guests
5.        Teach guests to learn to sail as they so wish
6.        Follow the instructions of the Skipper Manager at all times
7.        Any other duties directed by the Skipper Manager

Requirements

1.        RYA Offshore Yacht Master Practical Certificate
2.        Ability to work under pressure and make difficult decisions
3.        Experience in a customer focused environment
4.        Sociable and positive personality
5.        Strong organisational skills
6.        Eligibility to work in the EU with a valid passport for the duration

It is desirable that you will also have The following:

1.        Experience of Charter or Corporate Sailing
2.        Hospitality and or Food Preparation Experience
3.        RYA Powerboat Level 2
4.        RYA Diesel Engine Maintenance
