JOB DESCRIPTION
Golden Arrow Marine is a specialist marine power, systems and equipment supplier and is part of the Salterns Marina Ltd group. We are a Volvo Penta Centre for marine leisure and commercial products with 4 branches along the UK South Coast.

This new position will be responsible for Volvo Penta engine and equipment sales, developing relationships with OEM's, our dealer network and end users.

A very high degree of Volvo Penta product knowledge, both past and present, is required to fulfil this role. Knowledge of Volvo's online systems and sales tools is also required.

You will have a proven marine engineering background and be able to provide advice on installations and the most appropriate engine and propulsion systems to meet our customer requirements.
Visiting new and existing customers and dealers is a major part of this role and travel throughout the UK on a regular basis will be required.

This position will become the "go-to" provider of Volvo Penta product sales information when we or our dealers have a Volvo question.

Whilst very technical in its nature this is a Sales position, you must have proven sales and negotiating experience, evidence of developing new business and demonstrate a high degree of customer service.You will be measured against targets and developing sales growth.
