SALES EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION

HOLT supply product to over 1200 retailers in the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will be required to work directly with retailers/OEMs within their region, managing and growing the respective accounts. This candidate will be a motivated self starter, with excellent knowledge of Dinghy and Yacht sailing, coupled with the credibility to liase at all levels of the marine industry. Sales experience within the marine industry is preferred.

The candidate will be required to manage their own diary and develop & impliment an appropriate contact strategy for their customers, promoting HOLT product & growing sales through these accounts. This aspect of the role will require excellent communication skills; Computer Literacy, Word & Excel; an ability to quote, negotiate & close deals + a desire to work within a dynamic sales environment. Ongoing sales training/coaching will be provided as required. Full Driving Licence essential.

The second aspect of the job will be managing all Uk and Inernational Trade shows with presence required. Therefore overseas travel will be required, as will some weekend participation at such events.

SALARY

Salaried renumeration dependant upon skill and exerience, commensurate within the marine industry. Package includes Company Car, Laptop, Mobile & Expense Account.
