JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a renowned retailer of trailers and towing solutions, with a number of branches nationwide.
They are currently recruiting for a Branch Manager at one of their busy stores in the Midlands.
Candidates should have a strong sales background and key experience in the retail sector, along with a sound knowledge of the Marine industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To have overall responsibility for the daily operation of the Branch, ensuring an excellent level of customer service is achieved by all members of staff at all times.
To be responsible for maximising branch sales and margin ensuring targets are achieved
To become familiar with all the products supplied and to gain area penetration of these products by personal contact, telephone calls, and promotions.
Successful candidates will:
Have a sound Marine background / knowledge (professional or recreational)
Have a strong retail and sales background, ideally in a management role.
Be capable of managing a team of approximately 5 people
SALARY
£25,000 - £27,000 pa
