JOB DESCRIPTION
1 position in the UK. 1 position in S France or N Spain
ECOSEA manufactures a unique fouling control system for marine and industrial purposes. We are a young company with high growth rate and big ambitions.
We require 2 similarly ambitious Sales Managers who are motivated, proactive and target driven to sell our unique system to the leisure marine market in the UK and Europe.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will have experience of business development with high value added products in a fast moving environment. You will have managed agents and dealers and experience of the leisure sector market would be an advantage. Knowledge of coatings would also be useful.
We sell our system worldwide and a second language would open opportunities to take on a wider role.
You will be disciplined and structured in your approach. As part of a small team you will be able to forecast demand and ensure budgets are exceeded. You will have excellent interpersonal skills enabling you to relate to a wide range of people and cultures.
You will be expected to travel widely and attend Boat Shows in various countries.
