BOAT CAPTAIN AND SKIPPER IMOCA OPEN 60 - WORLDWIDE

JOB DESCRIPTION

An experienced Boat Captain is required for an IMOCA 60 Promotional tour of Australia.

The promotional tour starts December 2011 in Sydney and from there moves through a number of hospitality stops from Shanghai through to Cape Town during 2012.   The candidate will take responsibility for the delivery of the boat to each location on the tour and ensure the boat is maintained in perfect working order and condition.

You must have the following qualifications and attributes:

    * Yacht Master Offshore
    * Be commercially endorsed
    * Have experience of sailing and operating in Asian waters
    * Experience of sailing high performance big boats
    * Be presentable and be excellent client facing
    * Be able to demonstrate good people management skills
    * Have excellent communication skills
