JOB DESCRIPTION

The Small Works Department at SYS carries out a wide range of highly skilled repair, renovation and retrofit projects on motor and sailing yachts between 45ft and 90ft. Typical projects may last from 1 to 4 months and employ the range of skills provided by the yard. Many projects involve Oyster sailing yachts which are renowned for their high quality. 

The candidate will need to prove a high level of organisation and motivation with the ability to work on their own initiative in order to provide support to the department, Project Manager and up to 4 skilled tradesmen, for all aspects of Small Works activities.
