JOB DESCRIPTION

Academy

    * Product Structure: Implement and improvise the Learn to Dinghy sail, Learn to windsurf, Kite surf and Learn to Powerboat course as per the need and Level of the students (adults and children). These include dinghy courses as well as keel boat courses
    * Conducting the courses as per the schedule
    * Writing reports and feedback
    * Customer relations through the course to ensure expectations are met

SAILIENCE, Team Building and SPLASH programs

    * Managing all on water operations: skipper, instructing,     rescue, beach management as per the program design

    * Helping structure programs as per client need
    * Follow through with clients to get feedback
    * Helping the off water team with program operations

Aquasail Regattas

    * Carry out on water activities while getting the participants actively involved in the event
    * Assistance of customers to sail and race while participating in the event
    * Regatta preparations for both on and off water     management

Club Select

    * Helping to structure and plan club activities
    * Instructing and taking clients on water    

Overall

    * Ensuring boats and equipment in good order
    * Report and feedback and adherence to processes
    * Client interaction and understanding
    * Ensuring safety and rescue standards

Essential: (RYA or Equivalent)

    * Experience in a watersports Company
    * RYA Windsurfing Instructor or Equivalent
    * RYA Kite surfing instructor or Equivalent
    * Certified Power Boating Instructor   
    * Certified Personal Watercraft Handling
    * Graduation Degree / First Aid Certification
    * Safety Boat Certification
    * Team player Interpersonal relationship skill. Result orientation

Desirable:

    * Wakeboarding, waterskiing, Kayaking  and Beach life guard Competency
    * Any other relevant off water skills

Competencies / Additional Information  

    * Preference will be given to candidates with a working experience in a leisure boating company/ Holiday Company/ Sailing Events Company and water sport centre at a hi end hotel

    * Racing experience and few years of competitive racing experience.
    * Must have Good communication, Interpersonal and relationship skills.
    * Should be a strong team player, result oriented, resourceful, and independent and enjoy challenges


SALARY

    * The season in India is from October to May and the contract will be for a minimum of one season.
    * The duration of contract is mutually extendable.
