SERVICE COORDINATOR - SOUTHAMPTON, UK

JOB DESCRIPTION

Ocean Safety is seeking to appoint a Service Coordinator to join its busy service department.

Reporting to the Service Manager the successful applicant will be part of a team responsible for the smooth management of the servicing of a wide range of marine safety equipment.

Predominately office based the role will also involve contact with the company's service technicians as well as with its varied customer base.

The successful candidate will demonstrate;

Evidence of strong customer service skills Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and face to face Advanced organisational skills with the ability to work accurately and methodically to ensure deadlines and service standards are met Good computer knowledge including an understanding of accounting systems

Knowledge of the marine industry would be an advantage as would a technical background.

The successful applicant will need to be highly motivated with a flexible approach to allow them to meet the changing demands of the department.
