We are looking for a highly efficient all-rounder to support and work alongside the Directors of a small, entrepreneurial, marine company in Lymington.
 
You will be dealing with new business enquiries, management of the database, newsletters, website updates, production of marketing material, event organisation plus general administration and assistance where needed.
 
The role will be largely office based and normal office hours although some time out of the office, attendance at client meetings and flexibility with hours will be required.
 
Requirements:

  • Highly efficient and accurate
  • Organised and capable of multi-tasking
  • Self-starter with high work rate and can-do attitude
  • Inherently tidy and discrete
  • Versatile and a problem solver
 
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Personable and good communication skills
  • Competent with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience of WordPress and Mailchimp or similar or ability to pick this up quickly
 
Helpful but not essential:
Any background, experience or contacts within the marine or hospitality industries
Experience of previous marketing or administrative roles
