A luxury boatbuilder on the South Coast is currently undergoing a strong period of growth and has a full order book. With expansion across the company, a key appointment will be a Production Team Lead.
Overseeing works on a project-by-project basis, you will need to be skilled in overseeing the entire build process, so a broad understanding of engineering, laminating, fitout and deck hardware will be key for you to be a successful candidate.
You will ideally come from another production boatbuilder of either power or sail variant, and be a strong leader with a keen eye for detail.
With the next project looming and starting imminently, this is an immediate requirement, and so interviews will be conducted ASAP. Being able to start in March would be a strong advantage.

Salary:
£12.70/hr + £2 uplift (up to 40 hours) + overtime
