Yacht Broker Manager required to join a well established brokerage with multiple offices in the Solent area, focusing on the sale of Power Boat and Sailing Yachts. The brokerage benefits from a unique exclusivity contract, which aides in the acquisition of listings.
You will have min 5+ years experience in boat sales and ideally 3+ managing a brokerage, with a passion for boating.
The beautifully located office has excellent sales potential and are keen to take on a proactive Yacht Broker / Brokerage Manager.
The role will require this, organised and clear communicator to Sell and Broker primarily used boats with a proactive initiative, generating and chasing up leads. The successful candidate will be expected to manage the 2 offices and engage in business development including the immediate targeting of previous and current clients with a strong focus on bringing on new high value listings.
You will come with ABYA or similar qualifications.
It is imperative that you are able to hit the ground running.
