We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment & Operations Coordinator working in our London head office. As a small company you will work closely on all aspects of the business and take a leading role in recruitment and coordination of our seasonal staff. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the recruitment of our seasonal staff teams.
  • Implement recruitment administration from first contact, through to interviews and contracting.
  • Maintain the online staff management portal and pay schedules throughout the season.
  • Project a positive ethos through email, telephone and social media response platforms.  
  • Provide seasonal support to staff and managing communication channels and feedback mechanisms to skippers and lead teams.
  • Management of all seasonal staff travel and accommodation arrangements. 
  • Recruitment drives at sailing institutions, in conjunction with the Sailing Operations Manager.
Skills required:
  • Graduate level with experience in an administrative role.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A confident, outgoing individual who is comfortable leading teams and speaking in public.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workloads efficiently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to task complete under time pressure.
  • IT literate with knowledge of key technologies and tools.  
Desirable:
  • Passion for sailing and travel.
  • Hold the Yachtmaster Offshore Certificate.
  • Experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience within other holiday sectors.

The role will be diverse, vary periodically throughout the year and will consist of some time overseas in Europe with our seasonal staff and suit a forward thinking, energetic individual who has the skill set to add value and help shape our future with us.
 
Salary:
Competitive Package & Salary Band £25,000 – £28,000.
