JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you experienced in managing busy marinas? Do you have strong financial awareness and an aptitude for figures?
Overseeing the day-to-day operation of South Dock Marina and Greenland Dock, you will control income and expenditure budgets of around £650,000. Inspiring outstanding performance from every member of your team, you will make certain that we deliver a highly responsive, customer-focused service whilst building on our excellent reputation for marine engineering and Health and Safety.
Ideally you will possess an RYA Yachtmaster's certificate, MCA Boatmaster's or Yachtmaster's certificate or PLA Waterman's licence, and you will certainly bring everything it takes to hit the ground running. In particular, you should be aware of best value, contract specification and letting procedures and marine law. You will also be fully capable of supervising consultants and contractors on a broad range of projects.
