JOB DESCRIPTION

LSA Service Coordinator

We specialise in the supply and service of marine safety equipment and consultancy to a worldwide marine client base, including the international racing circuit, leisure trade, retail sector, commercial shipping and the MOD.

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Service  Coordinator who will be responsible for Service Scheduling, Invoicing and Certification.

The role is a varied office based role, working from initial quote stage through to scheduling and ensuring that customers receive their completed products on time. Responsibilities include supporting the LSA Service Engineers, management of Servicing Spares, discussing/advising customers requirements direct and ensuring that all legal certification is completed for the end user.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication and administration skills, be a strong team player, computer literate and able to work under pressure. Knowledge of marine safety products both in the leisure and commercial shipping markets would be desirable.
