Day To Day:
About 70% Of The Role Will Be Working Through Own Work Load, Installing New Electrical Systems And Identifying And Repairing Existing Systems.
The Remaining 30% Will Be Managing The Team.
This Will Involve:Ensuring Work Loads Are Being Completed Ensuring Each Member Of The Team Is Working To Their Full Potential
Time Management Of Each Member Of The Team
Inspection Of Completed Works Ensuring Finishing Touches Are Completed
Sign Off Of Jobs Where Necessary
Hand Over Of Job To Customer Liaison With Customer When They Are On Site
Periodical:
Step Up To Running the Marina When Operations Manager Is Away
Managing Bonus Scheme In Conjunction With Directors And Operations Manager
Analysis Of Productivity Of Each Employee And Team As A Whole
Ensure All Employees Are Aware If They Are Or Are Not Meeting Targets
Highlight To Operations Manager If A Member Of Staff Is Not Meeting Targets
Identify Why And How To Rectify Under-performance
Work With Directors And Operations Manager To Successfully Roll Out Hourly Charging Out System Analysis On Why Jobs Are Taking Longer Than Estimated Responsibilities:
Completion Of Own Work Load In A Timely And Competent Manner Team Performance
You Will be Reporting Directly to the Operations Manager
