Our client is a Volvo Penta/Yanmar/Mercruiser dealership in a five gold anchor award winning marina based on the Thames.
They offer a full range of services including, engine servicing, electronics installations, painting, osmosis treatments, steelwork, and refurbishment.
Their comprehensive spare parts department carries service parts for Volvo Penta, Nanni, Mercruiser, Yanmar, Mercury and Mariner engines.
They are recruiting for a powerfully self motivated technician with a proven track record in the above products. Ideally you will be Volvo Penta trained and have substantial diagnostic and trouble shooting expertise.
You will be running a team of 5 + technicians and boat builders. Man-management and ability to smoothly run job schedules is crucial to success of this role.
Essential requirements:
· 5 years hands on servicing and installation
· Man management / team leadership – running teams of 5-10
· Working experience and knowledge of the Marine Recreational Market
· Customer Service / Aftersales
SALARY
£28,000 - £30,000pa
