JOB DESCRIPTION
Cay Electronics Ltd in the British Virgin Islands is looking for an electronics installation and service technician.
The applicant should have a yachting background and a sound understanding of electronic and electrical systems on boats including systems integration and configuration.
A working knowledge of Raymarine installation is essential; also familiarity with Furuno, Simrad, Sea Tel, KVH and Thrane advantageous.
Position is available September 2010. Successful applicant would be offered permanent position after 3 month probation period.
SALARY
$30 - $45k USD commensurate with experience. Vehicle included. BVI payroll tax is 8%. Optional BUPA insurance available.
