JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client design, supply and install security, audio, video and control systems onboard Superyachts. They currently have an opening for an experienced Maintenance / Installation Engineer to be based at their office in the South of France
Profile
- Maintenance engineer/installation engineer/project manager.
- Experience in installing and maintaining AMX/Crestron integrated systems etc.
- Good all round knowledge of electronics and electrical applications.
- Ability to manage all aspects of an installation.
- Good client facing and communication skills.
- Able to work either with supervision or on own their own initiative.
- Any simple programming skills of RTI or Pronto an asset.
- PC literate with Microsoft outlook and MS office.
- Be efficient with paperwork and administration filing.
Administration
- Reporting to the local Sales manager and to the UK head office.
- Based in France preferably living in the Monaco to Cannes region.
- Working on both residential and yacht projects
- Travel will be a key feature carrying out service residential on residential or marine projects in the Med.
- Fluent French language and writing skills required to be able to converse well with local contractors.
- Employed on consultancy contract from the UK.
- Working from French office.
